REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Section I – Refund
You may receive a full/partial refund if:
- the items received are damaged; or
- you have received the incorrect items.

You may exchange the items if:
- the items received are damaged; or
- you have received the incorrect items.

Requirements
Any request for a refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Process
To start a refund/exchange, please contact us at gratzie_co@outlook.com and provide:
- the receipt or proof of purchase;
- reasons for refund/exchange and relevant details; and
- proof or photos of the damage.
We reserve our rights to determine whether you have satisfied the requirements above for the refund/exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
For approved refunds, you’ll be refunded within 5-7 working days via any payment method which we see fits.
For approved exchanges, we will notify you once the new item(s) have been shipped out.
Section IV – Shipping Costs
The exchange shipping fee will generally be borne by us.
We will notify you if we decide that it is unnecessary for you to return the original item to us. In this regard, we will only cover the shipping fee to deliver the new items to you.
Section V – Notes
For exchanges, please note that it may take some time for the new items to reach you if we do not have those items in stock/available.
Aside from the situations in Section I and II above, we may also choose to refund/exchange the items at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Kindly reach out to us and we will see what we can do!
